Terms of Service
Last updated June 28, 2026
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Garlavatch, you agree to these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of a team, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
Using the service
We grant you a non-exclusive right to use the Garlavatch products you have switched on: capturing meetings and managing the resulting work items, and connecting repositories so we can derive an architecture map and code-ownership signals from them.
You're responsible for the content you import and the repositories you connect, and for having the right to process both.
Accounts
Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account and workspace.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and no processing of data you have no right to use.
Billing
Pricing is modular rather than tiered. The workspace is free during early access; each product you switch on is metered on what it consumes — meetings processed for Scrum, repositories kept in sync for Graph.
Because early access is invite-only, rates are agreed with you in writing rather than published. You can switch a product off at any time and it stops being billed.
Liability
Garlavatch is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll post the revised version here with an updated date, and notify you of material changes.
