Overview
This policy explains what information Garlavatch collects when you use the service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We only ever work with your real data — we never fabricate or sell it.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, organisation) and, depending on which products you switch on: the meeting transcripts and recordings you import or upload, the work items we generate from them, and repository data read from GitHub or Azure Repos — source code, commit history, and the service and dependency structure derived from it.
We also collect basic usage data needed to run and improve the service.
How we use it
To transcribe meetings and extract action items, to decide who is the best fit for a piece of work (which is why Scrum reads commit history and code ownership), to build and keep the live architecture map, and to operate your account.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use the content of your meetings or your source code for advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to deliver the service (for example, AI and cloud infrastructure providers) and with the tools you explicitly connect: Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira and Linear.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete meetings, work items and connected repositories at any time, and request deletion of your account. Disconnecting a repository removes the derived map with it. Custom retention windows are available on request.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us and we'll respond promptly.
